“ Finally found a great pizzeria in the South Bay! Awesome lunch specials and pizza come out fresh. They do get pretty busy and wait can take a bit long but worth it ”
“ Best pizza around. Chicken Caesar salad is bomb too. My daughter loves the Alfredo Ravioli. ”
“ Pizza here is tasty. The sauce and the crust is what makes this place better. I usually go with pepperoni or just cheese. ”
“ Always great service, they get ithe order right every time, and reminds of us NY! The plain cheese pizza, extra sauce is our go-to, but often add stuff as well when in the mood. ”
“ Very fine neighborhood slice joint. Reasonably priced. Terrific service. Recommended! ”
“ This is real pizza ... you can tell it's handmade, cheese is great, sauce is good. I had some east coasters over for the holidays and they always gripe about the pizza in Southern California ... not here. And the vibe is nice when I pick it up. I get the veggie and my carnivorous family get the pepperoni and mushroom. ”
“ Pedones will always be a neighborhood favorite. The pizza is really good. I usually order by the slice here. The antipasto salad is the BEST in the entire village maybe South Bay. So much meat & cheese...just the best antipasto I can think of...definitely my family's GO TO. The chicken wings are the BEST...Franks sauce I think so which is my favorite anywhere....I like them well done to get the crisp. The garlic roll is expensive...$4 but it's so good sometimes I do it..I order well done or it might be too soft..but that little round roll os SO GOOD. The garlic loaf is probably the better deal at $5 and it's a little like 6 inch roll & absolutely great garlic bread. This place is BELOVED by the community & for good reason. The food is GREAT. Parking a lil tricky sometimes but doable. Pedones will ALWAYS be a favorite in our family! ”
“ Been wanting to try this place for years as it's often busy, while it was good it wasn't anything impressive. Definitely reminds me more of a family joint that would be nostalgic but the pizza itself was pretty standard. The dough is quite thin so it was a little difficult to pick up and the pizza a bit greasy. I thought it was yummy but honestly didn't taste of too much. The dough, sauce and cheese didn't have any noticeable flavor, and their ranch also was thinner. It took awhile for them to make the single slices and it wasn't too busy when we went. Overall it was alright but I would probably choose a different pizza spot in the future. ”
“ After watching the sunset, we were a little overwhelmed with all the amazing looking places to eat in the area, but finally settled on pizza. PARKING: Parking in this area is a little tough in general. I've only been here once so I'm not too familiar with the parking situation, but be prepared for street parking. WHAT I ORDERED: Slice with pineapple and ham THE PIZZA: Pretty standard for a casual pizza spot. I'm not a pizza connoisseur, but it definitely hit the spot. Nothing was really a red flag but nothing stood out either. The crust was pretty standard and the toppings were plentiful. SERVICE: The service was average. They weren't as over the top nice as other places but not sure that really matters for a place like this. VIBES: Pretty small. There's some seating inside but we ended up sitting outside since the weather was nice. Good for friends or even a date but I wouldn't bring a huge group. BOTTOM LINE: Not the best pizza I've had, but not a bad choice when you're in need of pizza. ”
